Hi jantimot,

At the CuDeco EGM last Friday the Chairman said that all things going to plan, electricals would be completed early June and a listing on the HKEX would similarly occur. This would enable the Company to get on with production.

The Meeting was run efficiently and ordely according to the Agenda. The officials at the table, including the Chinese representatives, wore the CuDeco logo shirts. In addition, on several occasions the Chairman checked with the Chinese reps. to confirm facts in answeing questions from the floor. It was a good Meeting for all those who were in attendance.
