This statement is only propagated by the bears themselves.
I don't know how many times I've heard this, but you won't find ANY positive property people on here saying that.
We all know property has cycles.
It's just not a bubble when as a poster RoaminOz who just purchased first home can pay a mortgage cheaper than rent.
and it just got cheaper!
