Heres a conundrum for you S/B - An Aussie oil and gas Explorer KAR is a heavily shorted stock - its current market cap now is in fact below cash in the bank despite the fact it has more potential $$$ of resource in the ground and under the sea than CDU !!

now heres the rub !! one of the major shareholders is the future fund of Australia - yeah you know the one that sold down some of its holding in TLS to $2.60 ( now $6.60) well the stock is held in a HSBC nom account and guess waht they lend stock to shorters !!!!

One thing I will agree with from scorpion ( very attractive man ) photo and comment in the Dec quarterly !!!

The system is indeed broke !!!



But - the CDU S/P is where it is because the big ticket questions remains unanswered ( IMO )
