i agree with you. i'm just struggling to understand the price. i look at the announcements and it seems to state fairly clearly that santos have agreed to buy the stake for the 32M plus potential bonus.
then why is the company trading at a 5th of just that ash transaction alone? Surely the market isn't THAT inefficient? i mean, i know there are heavy risk premiums on resources stocks these days, but this seems to be a done deal.. how much risk premium do you need? sounds like once the approval comes, this will move on..
Do NGE have a bunch of debt or other issues that i don't know about. surely i've missed something??
