My original post was about paying high interest on shares without being able close a position, long or short if you're using a margin account you're paying interest which you said was bull and you actually receive interest when you short. What ever you decide to do with the money after selling the shares is neither here nor there and if you can receive the same return as paying the high interest charged using the margin account good luck to you. If someone has had a open short since $3 good luck to them plenty of profit minus the interest. It takes about 8 months to close the average short position in Cudeco and in a perfect world those short positions would have all closed at $1.03.
