If a bit of good news from Titan means CSM has to pay more than the +30% above the 5.5cents TIR have travelled at, then it still seems a bit strange.
Can TIR shareholder's really expect a better deal?
There have been 48 million share traded last few days. Out of about 374 million total. Or 12.8%.
But I'm not sure how CSR's offer works. Could the recent 48 million shares traded be shares sold only to CSM? Why would anyone else offer more than CSM's offering? In taht case CSM own 19.8 + 12.8 = 32.6%.
But who is this D.J. Reed who also holds 19.8%. What does he think of CSM's designs on TIR? =========================================
Here is an extract about TIR's shareholders.
