Sorry if I demonstrate any obvious ignorance in this question but can anyone advise me why a dilutive equity raising is undertaken to give a special dividend of the same amount? My current thoughts are that TAH has a large pool of franking credits they want to disburse? Further do we expect the share price to fall proportionally to the raising's discounted issue price as the number of shares to cover the $230m at the overly-generously discounted $3.70 issue price changes the share price calc given equity stays the same amount? Thanks for any guidance chaps!
