I just spoke to KBL office.

SPP is not linked to new financing deal.
Quintana have inspected mine, checked figures & are comfortable that arrangement is sensible for both parties, just sorting out legalities.
Chances of Quintana financing going through in high 90s
There is a plan B
Court action is ongoing, aim is to require any attempt at claiming default must be vetted by courts first.
Directors have put their money in SPP
So far SPP has raised over $1M
