Every time PSA look like they are going to trade lower, someone sweeps in and mops up all the available volume and says thanks very much. Someone is prepared to accumulate these at 33.5 to 35 and this has been going on the last few weeks.

I still cannot fathom why they do not have to publish a full qrtly report like everyone else. Someone please tell me.

I still think the numbers are stacking up impressively though, but unless they are prepared to put the definitive numbers on paper in a qrtly report, people tend not to believe them.
