    Great move for SPK, consolidates the oligopoly position in NZ with the foreign coys retreating to UK/Sing, without the legislation, the NZ Commerce Commission can dream of being the ACCC & do what they do best in Wyndham Street, nothing & watch the Auckland Blues & Black Caps get beat.
