Although there have been no director buys in 2015, late last year there were many.
All of these occurred at prices at, or higher than the current price of 39c.

The highest was nearly 60c

In the absence of any other 'play' it would be reassuring if directors would buy again.
You would naturally think that they know more about the current 'state of play' than anyone else.

Oil price back up and early price portents are good. Back to the 40's today, I think.
