Your answer above clarifies it's not an issue. You're speculating that a dividend will be released in February/March - No where does it indicate that a dividend will be released. Thus why is it an issue that the company is not eluding to it or discussing it because the likelihood is it may not exist until September. The issue is why was the last dividend not released which is a topic you need to raise with the company, this dividend upcoming is not an issue, the past one is the issue which will not be discussed in an announcement six months later.
