The Company stated it would release a September dividend. It did not release a September dividend. Investors ever since have speculated they will make a February dividend larger and pay back the shareholders. No announcement has indicated this information. Individuals are complaining the company has not eluded or discussed this February/March dividend which is a speculative concept investors have created after not being given one in September. Therefore the issue is not the fact the company hasn't discussed a dividend we ourselves have created, but the fact they did not pay one in September when they were supposed too.

Thus why are people complaining about lack of information about the February dividend? The shareholders made the February dividend to be something it is not. The shareholders need to complain about the lack of September dividend, and write to the company seeking information about its absence. People are complaining that the company in todays announcement did not indicate why they didn't pay a September dividend. They are not going to discuss it six months after the issue occurred therefore why assume they could've today. The ongoing issue is last years dividend that was not provided, and people should be requesting information about it, not the February dividend.
