Thus why are people complaining about lack of information about the February dividend? The shareholders made the February dividend to be something it is not. The shareholders need to complain about the lack of September dividend, and write to the company seeking information about its absence. People are complaining that the company in todays announcement did not indicate why they didn't pay a September dividend. They are not going to discuss it six months after the issue occurred therefore why assume they could've today. The ongoing issue is last years dividend that was not provided, and people should be requesting information about it, not the February dividend.

So no divvie from September last year and the company will not answer to something from 6 months ago - most likely no divvie in Feb either as this was speculation by shareholders - silly them, and the company only feels a need to answer next September or maybe not again? But hey we can always write a letter right?
