I don't know anymore information than the average shareholder, but I'm simply stating based on observation of this forum, there is so much emphasis on this February dividend. In reality the company has not stated this February dividend will even exist, and because the company paid out a dividend earlier last year instead of September, they assume they will do so again. Our assumptions are the issue with this investment, not the companies lack of communication.
