The company paid dividend early last year. The company therefore skipped last dividend. Shareholders are assuming they will pay dividend early again this year because they paid it early last year. This has not been indicated. It's not anything from the company, its simply in the mindset of the shareholder based on the fact its been a year since the last dividend.
