Yes mate I was there and my point and fear is that there is more at play then meets the eye. The next announcement will probably say May 26 is out and the next available date is Oct and then we get dragged into 2016. I just feel for a court case that means so much to the SI, there just doesn't seem to be any urgency in expediting the appeal. Just my take on it and right now I'm pissed off, big time but I'll calm down soon enough.

If May WAS the date, I could live with that but my gut feeling is now saying it won't be. Let's wait and see.
