Who ever prepared that chart isn't a guru IMO....look markets will likely move forward in the next 2 to 3 years maybe 10% per year so 24000 or 25000 not out of the question for the dow at best......
31000! Lol - when global interest rates rise cos of inflation issues countries wont be able to repay debt and the next GFC will hit and will be much worse then the last - IMO.
World currently has 78 trillion in debt.....need i say more.
