Yes, I think I might be eluding to your post at that time regarding Jill's response on EP3. See my previous post on EP3. I believe Jill was constantly under severe pressure to get a certain "message" out to investors, whilst endeavoring to simultaneously keep the SDL management and investors "happy". She did the best she could. But since Jill's "conveyance" to you, much has changed. So much so that she is no longer in the employ. We can only speculate why a key person like Jill (and she was indeed a key person) is no longer in the employ.
