Take a chill pill people. Whilst the observations (not results) are encouraging, its only 4 patients, there was a non-significant (but "meaningful") reduction in only 1 biomarker and there was no control arm. The share price will not move for more than a couple of pips before settling back down again for the long-term. I'll wait until the results of future properly-designed clinical trials before I get excited. The primary aim of this trial was to demonstrate the safety of the treatment in humans. There's still no word as yet on this safety as we are "still on the lowest dose" without knowing the consequence of larger doses on safety. I'm not sure why the company would bother to report such "meaningless" data except to artificially inflate the share price temporarily.
