Grant, a possible suggestion: could a consortium of small shareholders holding >10% of the company between them get a seat at the table for some influence? Maybe also call an EGM? Personally normally for me business is business but the manipulation of WCU share price to give a false impression of the value offerred is just not cricket & the board has fully endorsed it knowing this.
