What were you expecting out of interest? I am not even sure what owners/founders means, well I understand founders, but owners, we're all owners. Difference might be anything as simple as a result of the private placement changing the percentages or founders deciding to finally part cash in. Whatever decision was made as there have been no notices, then it's clearly not major shareholders or directors.
