According to the audited August 31, 2014 financial statements of Pinon Ridge Mining LLC, the company held cash of $164,461 USD and total current assets of $289,520 USD. Total debt was $1,043,763 USD.
HUI completed a private placement raising $275,662 CAD on November 20, 2014.
WUC completed a private placement raising net proceeds of $1,672,000 CAD on February 4, 2015.
The companies' cash outflows since the respective balance sheet dates have not been disclosed.
