Well it does appear that Stuart Nixon could very easily do better re-inventing a better mousetrap if he loses this case I would imagine as he seems to have the credentials to achieve better things as afterall he was the inventor and the world does not stand still. But I would not be too worried about Spookfish as a competitor ...the market is so vast NEA could imo deal with 10 competitors and still make a packet unless discounting becomes an issue in which case maybe no one makes money. Its scary times ahead I suppose and when two large NEA shareholders are reducing their holdings it becomes a worry if they know more than the general market.
