Your post refers to them as 'bigots' which might also be seen as defamatory.
They[the defendants] are concerned that the majority in this country are being discriminated against by the imposition of a charge for a service they do not benefit from or want.
The term bigot is entirely appropriate for anyone who wants Sharia law for this country and is taking steps to encourage that to happen. You can't get any more intolerant than that.
Bigot - A person who is extremely intolerant of another's creed, belief, or opinion.
A person who is intolerant of any ideas other than his or her own, esp on religion, politics, or race.
