I rang the company a few months back about the tailings dam - it's well on its way to completion - it won't add that much to costs because they are building it as they are stripping and useing the waste to build the dam - it won't incur huge capital costs - yes there is a reason - can't see how it can be operational or we would have been told right lol - could be the price is being held down before a takeover @ 25 cents
