re: mini bsg? You're right emset, I don't need a lot of convincing - I bought my first parcel without knowing much more than what I posted - but that is my way. Once I own a parcel, it adds focus to my research and if I like the stock, I buy more. If I realise I don't like it, I sell. It might sound a bit wierd, but it works for me. It creates a sort of positive feedback loop for good stocks and negative feeback loop for bad ones. The more I like, the more I buy, the more I buy the more I research - and the process goes on till I own the amount that matches how much I like the stock. That's why half of my portfolio is BSG.
Anyway, back to QOL. - the share price hasn't done anything interesting yet, and you were wondering why I'd invest in a company like this when others are rocketing. I own a few stocks that have done 500% in a year, so know what you mean, but they gave me 500% because I got in early. The earlier you can predict a good stock, the more money you can make out of it. It's early days yet, but QOL looks like it's massively under valued and so now is the time I choose to get set. I'll keep watching and reading and hopefully get some good opinions from this thread - and accumulate more if it feels right. Unfortunately it's a very busy time at work so I haven't found the time to look into QOL any further - I was hoping one of the geniuses (like stolwyk on the BSG thread) would post a detailed analysis of QOL's resourse and save me a lot of time, but I guess that's unlikely. I'll see what I can do over the school holidays. Meanwhile the stuff on Wolfram's Camp from QOL's website is very exciting and the fact that Warwick Gregor likes QOL is enough to keep me very interested.
