re: crashes through 8500 .. 9000? what a load of crap . . . its not only a war in iraq, this war will extend into every captial city of almost every country associated with this war.

This war has no moral stand. In the top three news items about the war comes the fact that the coalition forces have gained control of the oil fields of southern IRAQ. . . How can this be a major consideration when the ruse used is that the war has been undertaken for the "liberatation" of the Iraq people and removal of" weapons of mass destruction" and other bulls@#t phrases that the politicians have thrown up.

I am sickened by the fact that the ordinary citizens, of Australia, have only bulls$%it american controlled media reports to go on about the progression of the movements of the allied forces and now 45% ( up from 25% a week ago) support the war. I'm sure that when the troops get to Bahgdad(sp?) they will meet fierce resistance, just as if the indonesians were to invade sydney, and then if they do penetrate the elite forces of Iraqi army, the war willl be fought via terrorist actions all around the world and definitely in downtown Sydney! I am in Vietnam at the moment and if you say that you are Australian they say : Oh! you and America and Britiain Bomb iraq. No good!

We are f$%cked and have brought a war upon oursleves that should never have been considered. I am ashamed to call myself Australian and have started to say that i am from NZ, as Americans say that they are from Canada.

The muslim community are not going to take this without a fight and the DOW will not reach Ten thousand before it reaches 7000 and the war will not be over in a week ( at least as the world is concerned) and the world as we know it is going to be divided in a way that has been unprecedented in history.

The scenario that we are faced with is not the same as the gulf war scenario and there will not be an amazing bull rally to coincide with this war. The market willl fall into a hole sooner than you can imagine. Much of the rise of the DOW was due to short covering as well as the war efforts and this coming month will see the fall . . . .
and the collapse of the world as we know it ?

I am happy that i am short and will continue to be short over the coming months ( by the way WBC looked like it had a pivot reversal)
