I also value Dan’s opinion. The Message to shareholders states that ‘Heavy investment in sales in the first half that will be evident in revenue in the 2006 calendar year’ suggests that revenue could be higher than projected which should help to improve the end of year result and beyond. The sales team is hopefully as big as it needs to be for the time being so any extra revenue should add more than its fair share to the bottom line. After Dan’s sobering assessment I wander if Colin Marland is indeed propping up the share price or perhaps he is looking ahead to beyond the end of year (the most likely reason) or perhaps he knows something we don’t yet know or perhaps he is simply getting carried away with his own hype. I can’t see him throwing away more of his money on a venture with little prospect of paying off so since I have a lot to lose by selling now I remain hopeful of better things to come in the medium term.
