Maybe and the longer it takes then more taxpayers might think that govt departments don't want to save money doing things the modern way because why? They fear new technology? or they are worried they might lose their jobs? or they might lose some of those kickbacks they getting? or maybe you can list a few other fears they have about effects on modern technology? They wont get to go out in the freezing cold to look at a property while navigating in the traffic jams is so much fun ? Please give more reasons why government departs and others wont need or want this service?
