Shady,
I know one of the Directors quite well and have been trading LSR for years, I was a Major shareholder in Ellendale , which was spun out of Dioro, as was LSR , that is how I know one of the Directors as he was a Director of all three. They have already stated they are in talks with parties and they are very confident of doing a J/V with a solid company, I dont know if it will be gold or copper or both. They now have two independent reports by respected geologists about the potential of the copper and the gold, with one saying LSR might have the source of the Degrussa project (hope he's right), but both projects need big money spent on them, hence the need for a big partner, with those independent reports it should be no brainer for LSR to do a strong J/V. I am hoping for a 60/40 with a free carry up until a BFS , which would be a spend of 3 to 5 Mill and hopefully a cash injection into LSR as well of 400t to 500t , so Lsr can still drill their other targets which they have many.
