Don't let the former Secretary of Energy title blind you from the fact that this guy is a Wharton MBA graduate and a Yale Fellow. There can't be more than a couple of dozen guys like this around the world and it distinguishes him as 'self made' as opposed to 'cronie'. The fact that this gent was the top dog in the energy sector of the Philippines also links him into to the top tier of energy ministers and COE's around the region.
DW again astounds me with his ability to attract key people that will bring the company to a new level. What other surprises is he working on?
