re: ge i am so glad baby boomers are wealthy I think you will see a marked improvement in the way people think about retirment homes/villages.
Once they were the place to stash your Aunt Betty, now they are kewl and hot property.
Only got to look at the NSW, QLD for proof. Massive amounts of land are being purchased for million dollar retirment villages.
This will be big business, and we are just at the start of what will be a 20 year cycle!
