Yep - I see another one in the press today going back to budget talks - leaking Abbott's personal view on pensions and wealth.
If you have a government when the press runs with such old gossip, because that's what it is, that government is in trouble. The fat man from Channel nine who lives on leaks even reminded us how the leak on Gillard and her stance on pensions apparently ruined her 2010 campaign. Really? He was probably the guy who received that leak so he thinks we need to be reminded - what hubris. He is the sort of journalist who has high profile, is lazy, so runs this gossip as news.
As most of these leaks are old and in the case of Iraq fanciful, they may be running out of them.
The Liberals need to find the source and lance the boil as in Australia too many people think that this is a good enough reason to sack a sitting PM.
