the reason i said Windarra has been ready since Nov 2014 for mining is=

- 2 x DFS done, only difference is where ni ore transported to not mine plan
- the shoots have been dewatered for some time below 400m that uncovers all upper shoots for drilling mining ni ore inc g h c d f shoots
- NH told us in POS AGM W drilling done and rigs moved to LJ (pretty confident would you not say), if it wasnt there they would have kept drilling there until they found it, so NH has found it, the ore supply at W is ready
- Cathy and her successor set up a W mine plan long ago, maybe by Oct, the fact its changed or water pumps replaced is good news
- rodrigues was working on the new DFS for windarra ore to BHP lienster in Nov as stated at the POS AGM, sitting near me he nodded,
- POS announced all mining and transport contracts in "final negotiations" since Nov, some amendments and some got cheaper
- CR cash came in and sits there for W restart, where did that $6M go since Oct? I say drilling and W restart capex already spent (POS 4C Dec states $15M cash left from $30M-$9M for AF loan = $6M spent in 2 months)
- W capex already spent i think, est at $8M in the 2014 DFS for W to BSwan mill then.
- nominal capex spent on LJ other than C & M, $1M settlement payment, back up drilling and digging records to 31 Dec = $6M spent on W restart capex.

Whether you agree or not if you follow the money, that $6M spent in Dec QTR was for W restart capex, the pumps are below 430m at W below ground now, the entire upper section at W is ready for ore drilling.

I say the POS Ark is ready and has been for some time...they spend time on LJ as theyve got money and time to get this up by 27 March settlement of BSwan. Posters have forgotten about BSwan settlement date is 27 March ...nice convergance of 3 projects into 1.
