    re: not long to wait + there's always takeover pos CDR is over 50% held by institutions. Thats why trading is so thin and trading so variable. Once the takeover is consumated which will be confirmed within a week CDR will be re rated to over $3 very quickly. Its already starting to happen !

    They have stolen Volante.
