If you read the report you'll see that Erbium and Dysprosium, of which LYC have very little, leapt up. Nd was up slightly (7.28%) and Pr down 17.71%. All the others were down.
Why are molycorp increasing production? Well, probably the same reason Lynas are trying to. To sell more, to make money.
