Company gets a speeding ticket...which was understandable...but how is this for a reply...

Is there any other explaination, blah, blah, etc, etc...?
Answer:
An existing shareholder accounted for a substantial portion of the volume of trading.
Not sure what exactly that means, but I am intrigued now...and by the way, how would the company know this?
Further, given the company IS aware of this "existing shareholder's" trades, one might question what discussions they have had with him that enticed him to be buying?
