Just don't think too much merit or excitement should be placed on an employee with no real incentives in place that we know about.
Maybe he came across because he got offered a better salary and conditions, and doesn't actually give 2 rats about the progress of the company.
Wouldn't be the first person to take a job based on salary and not a rock hard faith in the metrics of the business.
Just think, possibly, too much faith is placed on this Josh fellow. Quite possibly wrong, but without skin on the game I'm not convinced. If he is an ardent supporter and believer, why isn't he buying shares by the truck load?
