Writing was on the wall but seriously this is an extremely disappointing outcome for all involved. Makes me cringe when you hear them using words in the announcement like "we are pleased to enter into this arrangement" and that it is a "positive outcome for all stakeholders" what f'ing planet are they living on??? If this is a positive outcome i would hate to think what they saw as a negative outcome??? If this is not an advertisement to never ever believe anything that that comes out of an ASX listed company directors mouth i don't know what is?? The spin that these directors live/lie by in their daily working lives, they will do anything to avoid taking responsibility for anything negative that happens! A 44% premium doesn't mean shit when the share price is down 95% + already, from a high of around $2.40 i think it was, to a scheme of arrangement for buy out at $0.023!! WOW really positive management!!!
