Calculating all the shares on the sell side = 442,897 and based on the prices they are asking, the max you can purchase on market is approx $45k worth. If you purchased all the shares on offer you would have an average price of just above 10c and this would bring the share price up to 17c. So if you wanted to purchase more, you would have to start the buying process again from the 17c mark and surely be met with low liquidity once more. In reality, if someone starting buying up some more sellers would appear so it wont be as straight forward but it would be something like this.

When you get major interest for a buy in (hopefully after the upcoming Spotlight event, or pocket launch, or Roadshows etc) from big players, they dont mess around with 5 figure sums (eg $45k) they want 7 figures, so imagine the kind of premium they will have to pay to purchase off market. Couple that with the fact that BBY and TSI have recently valued the company at approx 54c/share - TSI saying its their base case and BBY saying its their target price. Then keep in mind that the 54c is without consideration of the consumer products (if I read correctly?) - it only accounts for mining and liquidity desk operations.....although both TSI and BBY talked about upside potential of $1.00 in relation to including consumer products but there isnt really a way to value the consumer products. Also, assuming that BBY and TSI also dont have access to the consumer products pre-release how can they possibly know the real value if they dont know exactly the ins and outs of the products? Its simply not possible, so wouldn't it make sense to give a more conservative valuation? Completely different to valuing something like a LNG or Gold mining operation - you know how much gas/gold is there, you know the cost of getting it out, there is no real upside because it is simply what it is!
