I reckon the Govt should do an inverse trade as well . Charge those who have bought a house without living in it a zillion bucks if they sell within x time frame just like shares . Especially if your of Chinese origin and here for the capital growth and not to live .

Sorry if this has been discussed in the past but I can't stand reading all the dribble anymore as time is short and the posts are the same its going up no it's going down no it's going up blah blah .
