The potential JV is only on ivory coast tenements. Also, they only have to spend 3m to earn in 75% ownership which means whatever is found, TAR will be giving most of it away for peanuts, stretched all over a 4 year time frame. It's just a token JV with RSG getting all the perks and spending virtually nothing- This isn't material enough to bring a re-rate into the stock.
It may be something to look at once this short term hype dies down and they have to come to market again to capital raise. A capital raising will be coming within weeks IMO.
