Current short term weakness, page-77

I was going to bring this up a week ago but left it alone but from the AGS announcement 12/11/2014 to the ASX

"FOUR MILE – TERMINATION OF SALES AND MARKETING AGENCY"

It contradicts the passage from the above Court information posted by C.C.

The Court passage states Heathgate.
AGS state Quasar, as selling agents imo

It may mean nothing but surely its one or the other as the Sales and Marketing Agent.!

From AGS's announcement 12/11/2014 "Alliance Resources Limited (Alliance) advises that its wholly owned subsidiary, Alliance Craton Explorer Pty Ltd (ACE), this morning terminated Quasar Resources Pty Ltd's (Quasar) appointment as sales and marketing agent of ACE's share of Four Mile product and instituted proceedings in the Supreme Court of South Australia seeking a declaration that the termination is valid and orders that ACE's share of product be delivered up to ACE"

If I'm missing something point it out.
