Does this mean a departure from their tolling strategy? Perhaps it’s a strategy to improve their negotiating position with gas suppliers.
MB has spoken in the past about the need to control their destiny. Maybe this is just about keeping options open. I wonder if they can transfer their export rights to a gas supplier if they do stick to the tolling model.
