No of course not, but in saying that technology has a habit of being superseded, sot its a substantial risk.
One thing I think they have under estimated is the general lack of sophistication of US small businesses.
NZ & Aussie small business are generally quite tech savvy & quick to adapt & take on change.
Generally I don't think that's the same in the US.
Lots of Mum & Dad businesses still being run like they were 30 years ago.
