    Strong opening this morning. Up 4.76% in early trade on volumes of 1.191 million shares traded.

    We need more positive announcements to kick the SP along. Last trade at $0.06.

    Hopefully the deployment of the 3rd CETO 5 buoy will be out later in the day to create a strong close
