If approval is a gimme why then did cmr arrange the capital raising last week instead of waiting another couple of weeks after approval and issue the shares at a much higher premium instead of at a huge discount? How easy was that to get set for size and at a huge discount. LOL. The clocks ticking and still no permit fellas. Xstrata Mcriver project smacked last month also. You think the yanks might take a nice stag profit this week also? Not much info on the particulars of the capital raising as well. Take the blinkers off and smell the coffee. This ship will sink this month. Not much time left to bail i reckon maybe 3 weeks.
