Right....Lets say, they are doing justice to investors because lenders have no faith in them OR CP/Lender are trying to sabotage their every effort to get DML up and running......can they legally bypass ASIC/ASX and do all this is in question?
When they notified us/ASIC/ASX on VA (27th), they indicated information was received that night, but it was actually 17 days ago.......are ASIC that dumb to not even question this......stinks honestly!
Can they be this good to get the blessings of ASIC/ASX or harm their future for the sake of investors they don't even know, by lying to concerned governing bodies?
