Contracts still mostly in Handpay's name I read - so you are buying into a company that doesn't own what it is being paid for. Who is to say Handpay don't just screw NNW. You got no come back at all. Double no come back since it's China.

You are placing a lot of trust in this loose business arrangement in a very foreign country at these multiples.

Probably get to a billion market cap though.
